Which devices are supported?
Our apps support iPhone and iPad running iOS/iPadOS 17.0 or later. Please check each app's App Store page for specific device requirements.
The app is not working properly. What should I do?
Please try the following steps:
1. Make sure your device is running the latest iOS version.
2. Force-close the app and reopen it.
3. Restart your device.
4. Reinstall the app from the App Store.
